摘  要:为研究0号高压加热器抽汽口位置对汽轮机热耗率的影响,通过EBSILON软件平台进行建模,利用枚举法得到机组在不同0段抽汽口位置(8~20 MPa)、不同负荷下锅炉给水温度变化时汽轮机热耗率的仿真数据,并对其进行分析,得到不同负荷工况下汽轮机热耗率的变化规律和汽轮机热耗率降低的0段抽汽口位置范围在8~17.9 MPa之间。In order to study the influence of the position of extraction port of No.0 high pressure heater on the heat consumption rate of steam turbine,this paper used EBSILON software platform to model,and used enumeration method to get the simulation data of the heat consumption rate of steam turbine when the position of extraction port of 0 section extraction port position was different(8-20 MPa)and the temperature of boiler feed water changed under different loads,and analyzesd them to get the change law of the heat consumption rate of steam turbine under different load conditions,and the range of extraction port position of 0 section with reduction of heat consumption rate of steam turbine was between 8 MPa and 17.9 MPa.
