摘 要:针对邻近煤层下部工作面开采过程中上覆采空区气体泄出造成的影响,对影响气体下泄因素进行分析,优先封堵漏风通道,对上覆12#煤层受影响区域进行密闭加固,通过充填粉煤灰高水胶凝剂对隐患区域实施隔离,形成下部采煤工作面的隔绝环境。同时,结合气压调节方式,通过施工加固墙体和注氮方法实现采煤工作面的闭区均压,有效控制有害气体下泄。采取下部工作面开区均压方法,确保工作面与上部采空区形成稳定的压差关系,阻止上、下层采空区流场的形成,消除有害气体泄出,确保8101工作面安全开采。In view of the influence of gas leakage in the overlying goaf in the mining process of the lower working face of the adjacent coal seam,the factors affecting gas leakage were analyzed.The priority was to seal the air leakage channel,that was,to seal and strengthen the affected area of the overlying 12#coal seam,and to separate the hidden danger area by filling with high water cement of fly ash,so as to form the isolation environment of the lower working face.At the same time,combined with the way of air pressure regulation,through the construction of reinforced wall and nitrogen injection,the closed area pressure equalizing of coal mining face could be realized,and the harmful gas leakage could be effectively controlled.The method of pressure equalization in the open area of the lower working face was adopted to ensure a stable pressure difference relationship between the working face and the upper goaf,prevent the formation of the flow field in the upper and lower goaf,eliminate the release of harmful gas,and ensure the safe mining of the 8101 working face.
