摘 要:为了研究聚驱稠油采出液的停输再启动特性,采用水平环道装置开展试验,模拟聚驱稠油采出液管道的停输再启动过程,分析采出液管道再启动过程中压力和流量随时间的变化,探究含水率、聚合物、油温等因素对再启动压力的影响,并分析采出液的屈服特性。结果表明:再启动过程中,管内压力、流量受聚合物影响较小;管内压力迅速达到峰值,随着采出液开始流动,逐渐下降至平稳状态;管内流量变化规律与压力相似。含聚合物的采出液反相点为30%,不含聚合物的采出液为40%;含水率小于等于30%时,含聚合物采出液管道的再启动压力比不含聚合物的高,含水率大于等于50%时,结果相反。稠油采出液14~40℃时具有屈服值,屈服值随温度升高而减小;含水率超过反相点时没有明显的屈服特性。反相前,屈服值随含水率升高而增大,再启动难度随含水率的增高而增加;反相后,剪切应力随含水率的升高而减小,再启动难度随含水率的增高而降低,聚合物的影响不大。聚驱稠油采出液的停输再启动特性研究结果为油田集输管道的经济安全运行提供了参考。In order to study the shutdown and restart characteristics of polymer flooding heavy oil produced fluid,the horizontal loop device was used to conduct the test to simulate the shutdown and restart process of polymer flooding heavy oil produced fluid pipeline,in which the changes of pressure and flow of polymer flooding heavy oil pipeline with time during its shutdown and restart were analyzed,the effects of water content,polymer,oil temperature and other factors on restart pressure were explored,and the yield characteristics of produced fluid were studied.The results show that during the restart process,the pressure and flow in the pipeline are less affected by the polymer.The pressure in the pipeline rapidly reaches the peak value,and gradually decreases to a stable level as the produced fluid begins to flow.The variation rule of flow in the pipeline is similar to that of pressure.The inverted point of polymer-containing produced fluid is 30%,while that of polymer-free produced fluid is 40%.When the water content is less than or equal to 30%,the restart pressure of the polymer-containing produced fluid pipeline will be higher than that of the polymer-free pipeline.When the water content is greater than or equal to 50%,the result will be diametrically opposite.When the temperature ranges from 14 to 40℃,the heavy oil produced fluid will have a yield value,which may decrease with the temperature rise,but when the water content exceeds the inverted point,there will be no obvious yield characteristics.Before inversion,the yield value increases with the increase of water content,and the restart difficulty increases with the rise in water content.After inversion,however,the shear stress decreases with the rise in water content and the restart difficulty decreases with the rise in water content,hardly affected by the polymer.The research results of shutdown and restart characteristics of polymer flooding heavy oil produced fluid can be used as a reference for economic and safe operation of oil field gathering and tran
