摘 要:刘庄储气库由枯竭油气藏改建而成,X注采气井钻井时地层压力系数约0.4,钻井液极易侵入储层,封堵孔隙通道,造成储层污染,导致该井投产初期日注气能力远低于设计值,因此需要对该井进行酸化改造,解除污染。详细介绍了X井酸化酸液体系及施工工艺,通过分析施工曲线、注气曲线、指示曲线及储层评价参数等指标对酸化效果进行综合评价,结果表明:X井通过酸化改造后,注气能力大幅提高,基本与设计注气能力相符,达到了解除储层污染的目的。刘庄储气库X注采气井酸化施工工艺及效果评价方法对类似储气库注采井具有一定的借鉴意义。Liuzhuang gas storage is reconstructed based on depleted oil and gas reservoirs.The formation pressure coefficient of injection and production gas Well X is only about 0.4 when drilling.Drilling fluid tends to permeate into the reservoir,leading to blocking of pore channels and reservoir pollution.Consequently,the daily gas injection capacity of the well was far lower than the designed daily gas injection capacity in the initial stage of production,so it is necessary to acidize and reform the well to remove pollution.This paper introduces in detail the acidizing liquid system and construction technology of Well X.The acidizing effect is comprehensively evaluated by analyzing the indexes such as construction curve,gas injection curve,indicator curve and reservoir parameters.The results show that the gas injection capacity of Well X is significantly improved after acidizing modification,which is basically consistent with the designed gas injection capacity and achieves the purpose of removing reservoir pollution.The acidizing construction technology and effect evaluation method for injection and production Well X in Liuzhuang gas storage can provide certain reference to similar injection and production wells in gas storages.
