摘  要:针对特高含水时期中国油田在稠油集输方面面临的挑战,构建了低剪切强度的旋流场,利用柱状旋流分离器进行油水预分离,同时采用数值模拟的方法进行研究。选择混合模型与RNG k-ε模型对稠油的旋流分离特性进行数值模拟,分析稠油的分散相粒径、油品黏度、密度、底流比及入口流速等参数对柱状旋流分离器底流口含油率和压降的影响。结果表明:稠油在柱状旋流器内的分离特性与其他油品不同,其分散相粒径对底流口含油率影响显著,但对压降影响不大;油品密度、黏度对底流口含油率存在不同影响,并在所选黏度的研究范围内存在最佳分离黏度区(750~830 mPa·s);入口流速增大,底流口含油率降低;底流比对压降的影响并不显著,模拟结果与已有实验结果具有一致性。As for the challenges of heavy oil gathering and transportation in China’s oil fields at high water-cut stage,the cyclone field with low shear strength was constructed,the cylindrical cyclone separator was used for oil-water pre-separation,and the numerical simulation method was adopted for research.The Mixture model and RNG k-ε model were used to numerically simulate the cyclonic separation characteristics of heavy oil,so as to investigate the effects of dispersed phase particle size,oil viscosity,density,split ratio and inlet flow rate on the oil content at the outlet of underflow and pressure drop at the outlet of overflow.The results show that the separation characteristics of heavy oil in cylindrical cyclone differ from those of other oils.The oil content at the outlet of underflow is significantly affected by the particle size of dispersed phase,but the pressure drop is rarely affected.The effects of oil density and viscosity on the oil content at the outlet are quite different,and there should be an optimal separation viscosity zone(750-830 mPa·s)within the research range of the selected viscosity.Oil content at the outlet of underflow decreases with the increase of inlet flow rate.Split ratio has little effect on pressure drop,and the simulation results are consistent with the existing experimental results.
