摘　　要：坚持思想建党、理论强党,是新时代"提高党的建设质量"的重大举措,体现了遵循党的建设理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑以及全面从严治党的政治智慧和定力。坚持思想建党、理论强党,就是要让党坚守真理和道义至高点,确保中国特色社会主义伟大事业的思想根基永远牢固,确保党的创造力、凝聚力、战斗力长盛不衰,确保党的政治优势不断发扬光大,就是要在基础问题、关键环节上,从立党兴党、管党治党的根基上久久为功,围绕党自我革命的时代内容和特质进行革命性锻造,不断增强党的建设新的伟大工程的系统性、创造性、实效性,推动全党更加自觉地为实现新时代党的历史使命不懈奋斗。坚持思想建党、理论强党,既从理论上守正和坚持了马克思主义建党学说,也从实践上抓住了矛盾的本质,是新时代党建创新的精准突破点和主要着力点。Building the party through ideology and theory is an important measure to improve the quality of party building in the new era,which reflects the political wisdom and determination to strictly govern the party in an all-round way according to the theoretical logic,historical logic and realistic logic of party building.To build the party ideologically and theoretically is to hold fast to the highest ground of truth and morality,to ensure that the ideological foundation of the great cause is always firm,and to ensure that the party's creativity,cohesiveness and fighting capacity will continue to flourish To ensure the continuous development of the party's traditional political advantages is to make lasting contributions to the key links of basic issues,and to make revolutionary forges around the content and characteristics of the party's self-revolution From the foundation of founding and managing the party,we will constantly enhance the systemativeness,creativity and effectiveness of the great project,and push the whole party to work more conscientiously for the realization of the party's historical mission in the new era.Adhering to ideological party building and theoretical party building is a precise breakthrough and focus of party building innovation in the new era,which not only adheres to the Marxist party building theory in theory,but also grasps the essence of contradictions in practice.
