摘 要:对一种桉木片进行纤维形态和化学分析,评价其制浆造纸价值。同时,对桉木片进行化学预处理和机械制浆,把制成的桉木浆和工厂已有的国废浆进行浆料特性分析。通过实验室小试,把桉木浆与国废浆按不同比例混合来抄片,对抄造出的纸张进行物理性能的检测,包括环压指数、耐破指数、裂断长和耐折度。结果表明:纸张环压指数随着桉木浆比例的增大而增加。因此,可采用一定比例的桉木浆替代废纸来生产瓦楞原纸。The fiber morphology and chemical analysis of Eucalyptus chip were evaluated to evaluate its value in pulping and papermaking.At the same time,Eucalyptus chips were chemically pret reated and mechanically pulped,and the Eucalyptus pulp produced and the existing domestic waste paper pulp were analyzed for pulp characteristics.Through laboratory tests,the Eucalyptus pulp and domestic waste paper pulp were mixed in different proportions in papermaking.After it,physical properties of the paper produced were tested,including the ring crush index,burst index,breaking length and folding endurance.The results showed that the ring crush index of paper increased with the increase of Eucalyptus pulp proportion.Therefore,a certain proportion of Eucalyptus pulp can be used as an alternative of waste paper to produce corrugated medium.
