阳离子无皂苯丙聚合物分散松香胶与AKD复配施胶剂的制备及性能

摘　　要：将松香、阳离子单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC),非离子单体丙烯酰胺(AM)、苯乙烯(St)及丙烯酸丁酯(BA),交联单体N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)一次性投入,采用优化的工艺制备阳离子无皂苯丙聚合物,用该聚合物乳化分散逆转松香制得阳离子分散松香胶。在65℃搅拌下,向阳离子分散松香胶中加入18Wt%AKD(占松香)对其改性,得分散松香、AKD施胶剂。实验研究表明该乳胶具有优异的分散性和稳定性。施胶实验结果显示:在浆料pH值为6.5、助留剂CPAM为0.25%、分散松香胶与AKD用量为1.3%(占磨木浆)施胶时,施胶度达86s;填料GCC为15%~20%时,仍具有良好的施胶效果,可用于中性抄纸。At the condition of rosin adding at once,the cationic soap-free styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion was prepared with optimized soap-free coplymeric preparation technology,with methacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DMC)as cationic monomer,acrylamide(AM)and styrene(St)and butyl acrylate(BA)as non-ionic monomer,N-methylol acrylamide(NMA)as crosslinking monomer,with the initiation of oxidation and reduction.As the same time,the dispersed rosin size can be achieved as the main sizing component,with the coplymeric emulsion as dispersion emulsifying agent.Under the temperature of 65℃and agitating,the cationic dispersed rosin and AKD size was mixed by the modifying agent AK D adding dosage of 18%on rosin.The expriment result showed that composite emulsions of rosin and AKD had outstanding dispersion and storage stability.Under the condition of pH value was 6.5,with the dosage of cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)as retention aid was 0.25%,when addition of 1.3%on ground-wood pulp,the degree of sizing can reached to 86s,and when using the calcium carbonate filler was 15%~20%,the sizing effect was still desirable.It can be used for neutral papermaking.
