摘  要:对双面淋膜原纸进行了研究,探讨了原纸生产工艺对产品质量的影响。结果表明:原纸浆料打浆度、灰分含量、阳离子淀粉用量等对双面淋膜原纸层间结合强度具有显著影响。为了得到性能良好的原纸,浆料打浆度应不低于40°SR,灰分含量不高于12%,阳离子淀粉用量不低于26kg/t,层间结合力不低于180J/m^2。In this paper,the duplex coated base paper was studied,and the influence of the base paper production process on product quality was discussed.The results show that the beating degree,ash content,and cationic starch content of the base paper slurry have significant effects on the interlayer bonding strength of the duplex coated base paper.In order to obtain better performance,the pulp beating degree should not be lower than 40°SR,the ash content not be higher than 12%,the amount of cationic starch not be lower than 26 kg/t,and the interlayer bonding force not be lower than 180 J/m^2.
