摘 要:工业含尘废气余热回收技术不仅是降低工业能耗、提高资源利用率的关键,更是突破我国资源瓶颈、促进经济社会可持续发展的必然要求。工业烟气余热回收技术基础研究的突破是克服工业烟气高温高含尘、腐蚀性强和工况变化大等问题的关键。由重庆大学牵头的国家重点研发计划项目“工业含尘废气余热回收技术”(2016YFB0601100)实施两年以来,对含凝结性尘粒高温烟气净化及余热回收、高温高含尘烟气余热回收、亚微米级尘粒深度净化及余热回收3个关键技术展开了深入的研究,取得了若干重要进展。本文从项目研究的概况、标志性研究进展、中试平台的中期实施效果等方面进行了论述,并对后续研究提出展望。The waste heat recovery technology of industrial flue gases is not only the key part for reducing industrial energy consumption and increasing the level of resources utilization,but also a necessity to break through the bottle neck of China’s resources and promote the sustainable development of society.The breakthrough of basic research is conducive to the development of waste heat recovery technologies of industrial flue gases with high temperature,high dust concentration and continual change of working conditions.The waste heat recovery technology of industrial exhaust gases was founded by the National Key R&D Program of China,which has been conducted two years by the research group leaded by Chongqing University.An in-depth research of the three key technologies have been made,which contain the high temperature flue gas purification and waste heat recovery technology with coagulative particles,the waste heat recovery technology of flue gas with high temperature and heavy fly ash laden,and high purification of sub-micron particles.Significant progresses have been achieved during the last two years.The program overview,research progress,and the effect of the medium-term implementation on pilot scale testing platform were reviewed and discussed in this paper.Finally,the prospect of future researches are presented.
