摘　　要：湖南常德由于历史移民以及各时期政区的划分不一,其语言受到外来汉语方言的冲击很大。通过描写常德方言的声韵调系统,归纳其主要的音韵特点,指出常德虽然地处湖南境内,但其方言却当属于纯粹的西南官话。Changde,Hunan province,has been greatly impacted by the foreign Chinese dialects because of its different historical immigrants and the different division of political areas in different periods.By describing the phonological system of Changde dialect and summarizing its main phonological characteristics,this paper points out that although Changde is located in Hunan province,its dialect should belong to the pure Southwest Mandarin.
