防水系统的防水性能与工作年限相关问题探讨

摘　　要：任何防水工程都以达到良好的防水效果和较长的防水工作年限为目标,防水效果与防水工作年限是同一问题的纵横两个维度,实现这两个目标需要有优质的防水材料和设计施工技术,以及合理的经济投入。由于防水工程的复杂性、防水材料的多样性、人为操作的不可控性、投资经济性等因素,防水系统的防水效果和工作年限是一个复杂的课题。本文选择以大家熟悉的材料和方案为例,从防水系统在工程应用状态下的工作原理进行相关问题探讨。For any waterproofing projects,excellent waterproofing effect and long working life,horizontal and vertical dimensionalities of the same question,are the objectives.To realize the two targets,superior waterproofing materials,high quality design and construction technology and reasonable economic input are indispensable.It is a complicated subject due to the complexity of waterproofing projects,variety of waterproofing materials,uncontrollability of human operation and economy of investment etc.Familiar materials and plans are taken as examples in this article for the discussion of relevant issues on the basis of waterproofing system’s working principle under application conditions.
