摘　　要：用亚硒酸钠溶液浸泡大麦、花生、黄豆制备富硒产物,研究不同亚硒酸钠质量浓度、发芽时间对产物中硒含量的影响。通过工艺条件优化,为今后植物富硒载体的筛选及富硒产物的制备提供了数据支持。Selenium-rich products were prepared by soaking barley,peanut and soybean in sodium selenite solution.The effects of different concentration of sodium selenite and germination time on the content of selenium in the products were studied.By optimizing the process conditions,data support was provided for the selection of selenium-enriched plant carriers and the preparation of selenium-enriched products in the future.
