摘　　要：目的探讨授权式健康教育对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)手术患者自我效能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年4月~2018年11月该院收治的择期行KOA手术患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理进行干预,观察组实施授权式健康教育进行干预,比较两组患者心理状态〔汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)〕、自我效能评分(GSES)、VAS评分及生活质量评分(SF-36)的变化及护理满意度。结果干预后观察组患者HAMA与HAMD评分均显著低于对照组,患者GSES评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组患者总体健康、生理职能、机体功能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论授权式健康教育可提高KOA手术患者自我效能及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of authorized health education on self-efficacy and quality of life in patients undergoing knee osteoarthritis(KOA)surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with elective KOA surgery admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to November 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received authorized health education intervention,and the two groups were compared in terms of changes in psychological state〔Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)〕,self-efficacy score(GSES),VAS score and quality of life score(SF-36)and nursing satisfaction.Results HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group,GSES scores were higher than those in the control group,VAS scores were lower than those in the control group,and scores of overall health,physiological function,body function,body pain,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Authorized health education can improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of patients undergoing KOA surgery.
