加味祛腐生肌膏外敷联合艾条回旋灸治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的临床疗效及对愈合时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨加味祛腐生肌膏外敷结合艾条回旋灸治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的临床疗效及对患者压疮愈合时间的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月宝安中医院康复科、骨伤科以及脑病科收治的符合入组标准的64例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者为实验对象,应用数字表法随机将其分成实验组32例和对照组32例。对照组给予患者常规清创处理、抗菌敷料填塞、藻酸盐填塞以及换药等治疗,实验组在此基础给予患者加味祛腐生肌膏外敷联合艾条回旋灸治疗,观察两组患者皮肤肉芽组织生长时间、压疮创面愈合时间、疗效、生活质量情况。结果实验组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的皮肤肉芽组织生长时间、创面愈合时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实验组GQOL-74生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味祛腐生肌膏外敷联合艾条回旋灸治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮效果佳,有效缩短患者创面愈合时间及肉芽组织生长时间,提高其生活质量,极具应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of flavored qufusheng muscle paste combined with moxibustion with moxa stick in the treatment of stageⅢandⅣpressure sores and its effect on the healing time of pressure sores.Methods A total of 64 patients with stageⅢand stageⅣpressure ulcers admitted to the rehabilitation,orthopedic and encephalopathy departments of Baoan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2020 who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the experimental subjects,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the number table method,32 cases of each group.The control group was treated with conventional debridement treatment,antibacterial dressing packing,alginate packing and dressing changing,etc.On this basis,the experimental group was given the patients with flavored qufusheng muscle paste external application combined with moxibustion treatment.The growth time of skin granulation tissue,the healing time of pressure ulcer wound,the curative effect and the quality of life were observed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The growth time of skin granulation tissue and wound healing time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GQOL-74 quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Flavored remove metatrophic ointment topical joint moxa roll maneuver,moxibustion therapyⅢandⅣperiod of pressure ulcers in,effectively shorten the patient wound healing time and granulation tissue growth time,improve the quality of life,great application value.
