摘 要:采用超声波法制备了β-环糊精/石墨烯纳米复合材料(CD-GN),通过红外光谱、紫外-可见分光光度法和扫描电镜分析,表明CD成功地附着在GN上。将CD-GN修饰玻碳电极用于2,7-萘二酚和双酚A的同时电化学测定,结果表明:修饰电极对2,7-萘二酚和双酚A有更强的电催化氧化和富集作用。在优化条件下,2,7-萘二酚和双酚A在3.0×10^-7~2.5×10^-5mol/L和5.0×10^-8~1.0×10^-4mol/L浓度范围内分别与其峰电流成明显线性关系,检出限低。在实际水样检测中回收率为97.0%~102.8%。β-cyclodextrin/graphene nanocomposites(CD/GN)were prepared by simple ultrasonic method.The results of infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and scanning electron microscopy show that CD has been successfully attached to GN.CD/GN modified glassy carbon electrode was applied to simultaneously electrochemical determination of 2,7-naphthalenediol and bisphenol A.The results show that the modified electrode has stronger electrocatalytic oxidation and enrichment effect on 2,7-naphthalenediol and bisphenol A.Under the optimum conditions,the peak currents of 2,7-naphthalenediol and bisphenol A were linearly correlated within the concentration ranges of 3.0×10^-7~2.5×10^-5 mol/L and 5.0×10^-8~1.0×10^-4 mol/L with the low detection limits,respectively.The electrochemical sensor has been applied to the determination in real water samples with recoveries between 97.0%and 102.8%.
