摘　　要：细土回填工序是管道施工中的重要工序,目前挖掘机配合网筛筛土法无法实现机械化连续作业,效率低,且存在质量风险。介绍了一种自行研制的基于推土机的细土筛分回填装置的设计及应用,内容包括细土筛分回填装置设计的总体思路、机械及液压设计、控制系统设计、细土筛分回填装置在工程中的应用等,重点论述了细土筛分装置与推土机的连接系统、上料系统、土块筛分系统、输送回填系统、液压系统动力分配的设计等。工程应用表明,该装置易于安装在推土机上使用,集上料、细土筛分和回填功能于一体,可实现细土筛分回填的连续作业,极大地提高了管沟回填的效率,满足回填作业的质量标准。The fine soil backfilling process is an important process in the pipeline construction.At present,the combination of applying excavator and screen can not realize the mechanized continuous operation,which has low efficiency and quality risk.This paper introduces the self-developed fine soil screening and backfilling device based on the application of bulldozer,including the general design ideal,mechanical and hydraulic design,control system design and the engineering application of the device.It emphatically discusses the designs of connection system of the device and bulldozer,material loading system,soil screening system,soil conveying and backfilling system,power distribution of hydraulic system,and so on.The device can be installed on the bulldozer,which integrates the functions of material loading,fine soil screening and backfilling,realizes the continuous operation of fine soil screening and backfilling,greatly improves the efficiency of pipe trench backfilling,and meets the quality standard of backfilling operation.
