摘  要:结合冀东油田南堡联合站至NP 2-3平台长22.6 km、规格为D273 mm×7.6 mm输油管道的防腐治理项目,从管道内防腐的前期准备、管道断管分段和流程改造、喷砂除锈和除尘、材料准备、内衬层施工、湿膜厚度检测、内衬层固化、内衬层检验、接头补口、现场恢复等方面,较为详细地介绍了针对滩海地区、高腐蚀环境下运行的管道,采取二次防腐工法进行防腐治理的技术方案。工程实践证明,该工程实施了此防腐方案后,其内防腐涂层的涂覆性和技术性能指标良好,显著地提高了该输油管道的运行安全系数。Combined with the anticorrosion treatment project of D273 mm×7.6 mm oil pipeline with the distance of 22.6 km from Nanpu Joint Station of Jidong Oilfield to NP 2-3 platform,this paper introduces in detail the technical scheme of secondary anticorrosion treatment of pipeline in beach sea area and high corrosion environment,including pre-preparation,pipeline section cutting and process modification,sandblasting rust removal and dust removal,material preparation,construction of lining layer,wet film thickness detection,inner lining solidification,inner lining inspection,joint coating and site recovery.It has been proved by engineering practice that the coating performance and technical specifications of the inner anticorrosion coating are good,and the safety factor of the oil pipeline operation has been improved.
