摘  要:随着油气资源开发向深水发展,海洋平台也越来越大,深水导管架的钢管直径超过2 m,数控切割机无法完成马鞍口的切割,于是决定采用传统手工切割方式。以某深水导管架为例,分析了大管径厚壁钢管端部马鞍口手工切割工艺存在的问题,提出了优化方法:设计了垂直切割辅助“T型”双轮装置和坡口辅助切割球形帽,借助此辅助装置将切割枪贴合到钢管外壁上,实现马鞍口切割的连续性和稳定性,保证了钢管马鞍口切割的质量和精度。With the oil and gas development towards deepwater,the offshore platforms become bigger and bigger,the pipe diameter of deepwater jacket is over 2 m.The numerical control cutting machine can not complete saddle-shaped cutting for the pipe end,therefore the additional manual cutting technique is adopted.Taking a deepwater jacket as example,this paper analyzes the problems in saddle-shaped cutting for the large diameter and thick wall pipe end with traditional manual cutting technique,and puts forward the optimization method,i.e.designing a T shaped double-wheel auxiliary device for vertical cutting and an auxiliary spherical cap for bevel cutting.With the help of the auxiliary devices,the cutting torch can be properly positioned to the external pipe wall to realize continuous and steady cutting,and guarantee the quality and precision of the saddle-shaped cutting.
