摘  要:为有效提升苏州古城交通出行品质,对人本导向的古城交通治理方法进行了探讨。分析了苏州古城现状空间和交通特征,识别了新时期古城交通发展面临的挑战,并借鉴京都、巴黎和慕尼黑古城发展经验,确立了以通勤人群、常住人群和旅游人群需求为核心的慢行和公交优先的苏州古城人本交通发展模式。在此基础上,提出促进古城慢行复兴、塑造"轨道+慢行"街区、严控小汽车交通等交通治理策略以及"轨道+慢行"模式的分步实施路径建议,对苏州古城和其他类似地区的交通治理都具有参考意义。In order to effectively improve the transportation quality of Suzhou ancient city,the paper discusses the humanoriented transportation governance method of the ancient city.The paper analyzes the current space and traffic characteristics of Suzhou ancient city,identifies the challenges faced by transportation development in the new era,learns from the advanced experiences of Kyoto,Paris and Munich ancient cities,and then proposes the human-oriented slow traffic and public transport priority development mode of Suzhou ancient city,which focuses on the needs of commuters,permanent residents and tourists.On this basis,the paper puts forward the transportation governance strategies and step-by-step implementation path suggestions of the“metro and slow traffic”mode for Suzhou ancient city,such as promoting the pedestrian and bicycle transportation rejuvenation,shaping the“metro and slow traffic”blocks and strictly controlling the car traffic.The transportation governance method has a certain reference value for Suzhou ancient city and other similar areas.
