摘　　要：盛宣怀以官、商双重身份进行救济活动长达近半个世纪,不仅促进了中国近代化新型救灾模式的形成,而且对社会发展有着深刻的影响。其赈灾行为背后的思想根源,通过文本梳理,提炼促成其救灾思想形成的儒家仁爱和民本思想影响、社会现实刺激、政治和经济实力支持,以及西方慈善活动的促进等四个主要基础方面内容,并用史实加以佐证。It not only promoted the formation of the new type of relief mode in China,but also had a profound impact on the social development.There are four main basic aspects,such as the influence of the Confucian and the people,the social reality,the support of the political and economic strength,the promotion of the western charitable activities,and the promotion of the western charity activities.And it's proved by history.
