摘　　要：目的探讨脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)检测在健康体检中的意义。方法回顾性分析469名健康体检者Lp-P LA2、Hcy水平,分别比较Lp-PLA2、Hcy正常组和异常组中常规生化指标(血脂、肾功能、血糖)的差异性;分析二者与常规生化指标的相关性。结果Lp-PLA2正常组与异常组比较,性别比例、TC、TG、VLDL-C、Lpa和Lp-PLA2差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hcy正常组与异常组比较,性别比例、LDL-C、血糖和Hcy差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Lp-PLA2与TC、LDL-C和APoB存在相关性(P<0.05),Hcy与TC和APoB存在相关性(P<0.05),而Lp-PLA2和Hcy无相关。结论Lp-PLA2和Hcy结合常规实验室指标应用于健康人群定期体检,能够起到早期预防、排除潜在心血管疾病的重要作用。Objective To investigate the significance of detection of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and homocysteine(Hcy)in health examination.Methods The levels of Lp-PLA2 and Hcy in 469 healthy subjects were retrospectively analyzed,and the differences of routine biochemical indicators(blood lipid,renal function,blood sugar)between normal and abnormal groups of Lp-PLA2 and Hcy were compared,and the correlation between them and routine biochemical indicators was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in sex ratio,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),very low density lipoprotein(VLDL-C),Lpa and Lp-PLA2 between Lp-PLA2 normal group and abnormal group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in sex ratio,low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),Glu and Hcy between Hcy normal group and abnormal group(P<0.05);Lp-PLA2 was correlated with TC,LDL-C and apolipo-protein B(ApoB)(P<0.05).Hcy was correlated with TC,LDL-C and ApoB(P<0.05).There is no correlation between Lp-PLA2 and Hcy.Conclusion Lp-PLA2 and Hcy combined with routine laboratory indicators can play an important role in early prevention and elimination of potential cardiovascular diseases in healthy people.
