摘 要:主变压器是发电厂电能送出的关键设备,冷却系统是变压器的重要辅助设备,其运行工况直接关系到发电机组的送出能力和变压器的绝缘寿命。1180 MVA现场组装三相一体变压器,结构较为特殊,冷却器的冷却能力与其设计冷却容量有关,更容易受到冷却器翅片脏污的影响。通过对大型变压器冷却器带电水冲洗可行性进行论证,对冲洗工艺进行优化,可以有效改善冷却器的散热效果,值得有关单位借鉴。The main transformer is the key equipment of the power plant,and the cooling system is the important aux iliary equipment of the transformer,its operation condition is directly related to the transmission capacity of the gener ator set and the insulation life of the transformer.1180 MVA on-site assembly three-phase integrated transformer has a special structure,the cooling capability of the cooler is related to its designed cooling capacity,which is more easily affected by the dirty of the cooler fins.Through the demonstration of the feasibility of live washing large-scale transformer coolers with charged water,the optimization of washing process can effectively improve the cooling effect of coolers,which is worthy of reference for relevant units.
