摘  要:针对金属有机骨架(MOF)吸附储氢罐充气过程中的热效应会降低吸附效果、恶化充气过程的问题,通过COMSOL Multiphysics软件,对MOF-177低温吸附储氢罐的充气过程进行模拟,通过改变充气流速、吸附剂热导率以及添加换热片的方式,分析了充气过程中温度、压力等的变化。结果表明:先快后慢的充气方式能有效降低最高压力;提高吸附剂热导率以及添加换热片能够明显降低充气过程中的温升和压升。The thermal effect during the inflation of the Metal Organic Framework(MOF)adsorption hydrogen storage tank will reduce the adsorption effect and worsen the inflation process.The charge of MOF-177 cryogenic adsorption hydrogen storage tank was simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics software.By changing the inflation flow rate,the thermal conductivity of the adsorbent and the way of adding heat fins,the changes of temperature and pressure during the inflation process were analyzed.The results showed that a gradual decrease in flow rate resulted in a lower maximum temperature.While increasing the thermal conductivity of the adsorbent and adding fins could significantly reduce the temperature rise and pressure rise during the aeration process.
