溶解浆在造纸法再造烟叶中的应用研究

摘　　要：对比分析溶解浆、针叶浆、竹浆纤维性状,采用不同比例溶解浆替代针叶浆,研究其对浆料性状及抄造成型的影响。结果表明:溶解浆纤维数量远高于针叶浆及竹浆,帚化率略高于针叶浆及竹浆,长度及宽度低于针叶浆及竹浆;使用溶解浆后,浆料滤水性能提高;溶解浆替代部分针叶浆后,首程留着率上升,片基吸收性显著改善,使用50%溶解浆1和20%溶解浆2吸水率可分别提高约30%、21%;溶解浆2添加比例20%,即适于纸机生产,也可以使片基吸水率提高21%。The fiber characters of pulp,needle pulp and bamboo pulp were compared and analyzed,and the influence of different proportion of pulp on pulp character and shape was studied.The results showed that the number of soluble pulp fibers was much higher than that of needle and bamboo pulp,the brushiness rate was slightly higher than that of needle and bamboo pulp,and the length and width were lower than that of needle and bamboo pulp.After using the dissolved slurry,the filtration performance of the slurry is improved.After the solution pulp replaced part of the coniferous pulp,the retention rate of the first passage increased,and the absorption of the tablet significantly improved.The water absorption of 50%solution pulp 1 and 20%solution pulp 2 could be increased by about 30%and 21%,respectively.The addition proportion of solution pulp 2 is 20%,which is suitable for paper machine production and can also increase the water absorption rate of sheet base by 21%.
