摘　　要：对某4102柴油机匹配VE型电控分配泵时,油泵进油电磁阀断电,发动机不熄火问题进行分析。油泵进油电磁阀断电时,残余喷油是造成发动机不熄火的直接原因。对VE泵结构原理分析后发现,出油阀结构、柱塞升程相位及柱塞有效升程与油泵的残余喷油有关。最后,通过减小油泵低转速时的柱塞有效升程,实现了进油电磁阀断电时油泵没有残余喷油,解决了发动机不熄火的问题。This paper studies the non-flameout problem of a 4102 diesel engine with VE pump when the fuel cut valve on VE pump is power off.And the reason of the non-flameout is the remnant injection quantity in VE pump when fuel cut valve is power off.After study on the structure of VE pump,the delivery valve,effective plunger lift and plunger lift phase position may cause the remnant injection quantity in VE pump when the fuel cut valve is power off.After that,the non-flameout problem is solved by reducing the effective plunger lift at low pump speed.
