摘 要:以北京市节能监测服务平台在线监测的133家用能单位电力消耗数据为基础,分析疫情对北京市能耗的影响,并通过平台数据研判企业复工情况。研究结果表明:受疫情影响北京市二、三产业用电量需求下降明显,疫情导致企业用电量下降20%左右,疫情对公共机构能耗影响最小、工业能耗影响次之,对大型公建能耗影响最大;近期陆续复工后第二产业用电需求呈上升趋势,生产稳步恢复,第三产业用电需求上升趋势缓慢,持续受疫情影响较为明显。Based on the electricity consumption data of 133 energy-using units monitored online by the Beijing Energy Consumption Monitoring Platform, this paper analyzes the impact of the epidemic situation on the energy consumption of our city and uses the platform data to judge the resumption of work of our city’s enterprises. The results showed that electricity consumption demand of the secondary and tertiary industries in our city affected by the epidemic situation has dropped significantly, and electricity consumption of enterprises decreased by about 20%. The epidemic situation has the least impact on the energy consumption of public institutions followed by the industrial energy consumption, and has the largest impact on the energy consumption of large public buildings. After resumed work recently, the demand for electricity in the secondary industry has been increasing, and production has steadily resumed. The electricity demand of the tertiary industry has been rising slowly and was influenced by the epidemic situation more obviously.
