稀释接种法快速准确测定BOD5标准样品的技术探讨

摘　　要：本文介绍了一种自行长期培养细菌接种液的技术方法,并对接种液加入量、标准样品的稀释倍数和实验操作方法等影响因素进行了深入分析探讨。实验数据结果表明,本方法对低、中、高浓度的BOD5标准样品均能便捷、准确测定。This paper introduces a technique of long-term culture of bacteria inoculating solution by ourselves, and analyzes the factors such as the amount of inoculating solution, dilution ratio of standard sample and experimental operation method. The results show that the method is convenient and accurate for the determination of BOD5 standard samples with low, medium and high concentrations.
