后踝固定治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 观察后踝固定治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效.方法 选取宜兴市人民医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的踝关节骨折患者60例,按照患者入院号码奇偶数分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对照组给予传统石膏外固定治疗,观察组则采取后踝固定治疗.对比2组临床效果.结果 对比观察组患者治疗总有效率明显提高,踝关节功能得到良好恢复,住院时间缩短及并发症发生率均较少,上述指标结果 明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 踝关节骨折患者采取后踝固定治疗的临床效果较好,可使患者术后踝关节功能得到良好恢复,且治疗后发生的并发症较少,缩短患者住院时间.Objective Objective To observe the clinical effect of posterior malleolus fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods Totally 60 patients with ankle fracture admitted to the orthopaedic department of Yixing people's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd even number of patients'admission number,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional plaster external fixation,while the observation group was treated with posterior ankle fixation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results compared with the observation group,the total effective rate of treatment was significantly improved,ankle function was well recovered,the hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were less,the above indicators were significantly better than the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the clinical effect of posterior malleolus fixation is better in patients with ankle fracture,which can make the function of ankle recover well,and the complications are less,and shorten the length of stay.
