切开减压椎弓根内固定治疗急性脊柱创伤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 研究对急性脊柱创伤患者的治疗中采用切开减压椎弓根内固定术的临床效果.方法 选取2016年8月至2019年4月昌邑市人民医院收治的76例急性脊柱创伤患者为研究对象,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组,各38例.对照组采取胸腰椎骨折前路内固定术,观察组实施切开减压椎弓根内固定术,比较2组手术的优良率、脊髓神经功能恢复情况、住院相关指标以及椎体相关指标.结果 观察组椎体前、后缘高度丢失、Cobb’s角以及椎管占位率均低于对照组;观察组手术的优良率94.74%,显著高于对照组(78.95%,P<0.05);观察组的手术时间、住院时间以及脊柱生理功能恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的脊髓神经功能恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 切开减压椎弓根内固定时治疗急性脊柱创伤患者,手术效果确切,可纠正椎体损伤,促进患者恢复.Objective To study the clinical effect of open decompression and pedicle internal fixation in the treatment of acute spinal trauma.Methods A total of 76 patients with acute spinal trauma admitted to Changyi people's Hospital from August 2016 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases each.The control group was treated with anterior internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures,and the observation group was treated with open decompression and pedicle internal fixation.Results In the observation group,the anterior and posterior edge height loss,Cobb's angle and spinal canal occupation rate were all lower than those in the control group;the excellent rate of operation in the observation group was 94.74%higher than that in the control group(78.95%,P<0.05);the operation time,hospitalization time and physiological function recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the recovery of spinal nerve function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute spinal trauma patients with open decompression and pedicle internal fixation,the operative effect is accurate,which can correct the vertebral body injury and promote the recovery of patients.
