双灌注超声乳化法治疗青光眼术后浅前房白内障的效果

摘　　要：目的 研究对青光眼术后浅前房白内障患者采取双灌注超声乳化法治疗产生的临床效果.方法 选取盐城市大丰区第二人民医院2018年9月至2019年8月收治的96例青光眼术后高危浅前房白内障患者.使用抽签法分为实验组和对照组,各48例.实行双灌注技术辅助下白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶体植入术为实验组,采取常规白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶体植入术为对照组,对2组术后临床效果进行分析.结果 实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);分析2组眼压波动、平均眼压、眼压峰值情况,治疗前2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,实验组均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对青光眼术后浅前房白内障患者采取双灌注超声乳化法治疗能显著提升治疗效果,有效降低眼内压,恢复患者视力,降低并发症发生,值得推广.Objective To study the clinical effect of double perfusion phacoemulsification in patients with shallow anterior chamber cataract after glaucoma surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients with high and superficial anterior chamber cataract after glaucoma admitted to the second people's hospital of dafeng district,yancheng city from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by lottery,48 cases each.Cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation assisted by double perfusion technique was performed as the experimental group,and conventional cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation was performed as the control group.The postoperative clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Double perfusion phacoemulsification can significantly improve the treatment effect,effectively reduce intraocular pressure,restore vision and reduce the incidence of complications for patients with shallow anterior chamber cataract after glaucoma surgery.
