摘　　要：目的 分析系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清25羟基维生素D水平变化及价值.方法 选取泰州市人民医院2018年8月至2019年8月收治的35例SLE患者为观察组,观察组根据疾病活动度评分(SLEDAI)分为活动期组和稳定期组,选择同期于本院体检的23例健康者为对照组,分别检测血清25羟基维生素D水平,分析其水平变化.结果 活动期组患者25羟基维生素D水平显著低于稳定期组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).稳定期组患者和对照组健康者25羟基维生素D水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 25羟基维生素D水平与SLE活动期存在一定关联,监测其水平可为临床诊治提供帮助.Objective Analysis of changes in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and their value in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,35 patients with SLE were selected as the observation group,according to the disease activity score(SLEDAI)were divided into active group and stable group,and 23 healthy patients were selected as the control group in the same period of physical examination in our hospital.Results The level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the active group was significantly lower than that in the stable group and the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels between the patients in the stable group and the healthy controls(P>0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and SLE active period,and monitoring its level can help clinical diagnosis and treatment.
