起搏器术后新发快速房性心律失常的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的 分析起搏器术后新发快速房性心律失常的相关因素.方法 选取2016年1月至2018年12月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的226例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受起搏器植入术,根据术后是否有新发快速房性心律失常作为分组的标准,分为发生组(n=67)和未发生组(n=159).收集2组患者相关资料,分析起搏器术后新发快速房性心律失常的相关因素.结?果 单因素分析结果 显示,2组高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、心力衰竭、ACEI/ARB规律用药、术前左房内径、起搏模式VVI以及起搏模式DDD比例比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 冠心病病史、糖尿病、高血压病史、心功能不全、起搏模式、术前左房内径大小、规律ACEI/ARB服药史均是起搏器术后快速房性心律失常的相关因素.Objective To analyze the related factors of new rapid atrial arrhythmia after pacemaker operation.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,Totally 226 patients in the Department of cardiovascular medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of science and technology were selected as the study objects.All patients received pacemaker surgery.According to the criteria of whether there was a new rapid atrial arrhythmia after surgery,they were divided into the occurrence group(n=67)and the non occurrence group(n=159).To collect the related data of the two groups and analyze the related factors of new rapid atrial arrhythmia after pacemaker operation.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,heart failure,regular use of ACEI/ARB,preoperative left atrial diameter,pacing mode VVI and pacing mode DDD(P<0.05).Conclusion History of coronary heart disease,history of diabetes,history of hypertension,cardiac dysfunction,pacing pattern,preoperative left atrial diameter,and history of regular ACEI/ARB medication were all related factors of rapid atrial arrhythmia after pacemaker operation.
