摘 要:本研究旨在探究运用后喷涂法在饲粮中添加微生态制剂对肉鸭生产性能的影响,探讨后喷涂微生态制剂的可行性,并确定出适宜添加比例。将足量的549型号肉鸭粮平均分为4份,编号A、B、C和D,分别直接喷涂0.3%、0.4%、0.5%微生态制剂及0.5%纯净水,自然干燥,测定喷涂后饲粮的p H值和有益菌群含量。将104只体重相近的21日龄健康肉鸭随机分为四组,分别饲喂四种饲粮至35日龄,测定日采食量、只均采食量和只均体重等指标。结果显示,四组饲粮pH值无显著差异,A、B、C三组饲粮的有益菌群含量明显高于D组,且随微生态制剂喷涂量增加而增加(C>B>A)。B组只均采食量最低,而只均体重最高,表明用后喷涂法来添加微生态制剂可行,微生态制剂具有提高饲粮利用率、促进肉鸭生长的作用,适宜喷涂比例为0.4%。The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility and effects of the probiotic products by spraying to diet after diet pelleted on the growth performance of ducks.The feed of 549#type meat duck was divided into 4 parts,numbered A,B,C and D,which were directly sprayed probiotic products at 0.3%,0.4%,0.5%and 0.5%purified water respectively.After the diets dried naturally,and the pH value and the content of beneficial bacteria in the feed were determined.A total of 10421days old healthy ducks with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups.They were fed with the above feeds A,B,C and D to 35 days old respectively,and their daily intake,average intake and average body weight were measured.The results showed that there was no difference in the pH value of the four groups.The content of beneficial bacteria in Group A,B and C was significantly higher than that in Group D with dose-response(C>B>A).It can be seen that the method of post spraying to increase the content of beneficial bacteria in feed is possible.Group B had the lowest feed intake and the highest average body weight,which indicated that spraying probiotic after feed pelleted could improve the feed utilization and promote the growth of ducks,and the suitable spraying proportion was 0.4%.
