氨基化二氧化硅的制备及其对Pb2+的吸附研究

摘  要:以多晶硅副产物水解制备的二氧化硅为原料,KH-550为改性剂,在乙醇中合成了氨基化二氧化硅。通过XRD、SEM、FTIR、原子吸收光谱法等表征方法对材料的结构、形貌和吸附性能进行分析。结果显示:二氧化硅经KH-550改性后,得到了氨基化二氧化硅,材料的分散性变好,对Pb2+的吸附效果有显著提高。25℃恒温振荡20 min,氨基化二氧化硅对Pb2+的吸附率达99.8%,比改性前提高了38.1%。Amino silica was synthesized from silica prepared by hydrolysis of polysilicon by-product and was modified by KH-550 in ethanol.The structure,morphology and adsorption properties of the materials were characterized with XRD,SEM,FTIR and atomic absorption speetrophotometry(AAS).The results showed that amino silica was obtained by modification of KH-550.The dispersibility of the materials was improved,and the adsorption properties of Pb2+was significantly improved.The adsorption rate of Pb2+on amino-silica reached 99.8%after 20 min oscillation at 25℃,which was 38.1%higher than the adsorption rate before modification.
