摘　　要：本文介绍了"净零能耗"建筑在美国的最新发展情况,并以在美国数量最多的教育类"净零能耗"建筑为例,介绍了其在规划设计、能源与效率、可再生能源、行为节能、绿色教育等方面的措施和努力,为我国新时期实现绿色建筑和低能耗建筑发展提供参考和借鉴。This article describes the latest developments in net zero-energy buildings(ZEB)in the United States,with the largest number of educational net zero-energy buildings in the United States as an example.The measures and efforts of net zero energy buildings in planning and design,energy and efficiency,renewable energy,behavioural energy conservation,and green education were also introduced.These provide reference for the development of green buildings and low-energy buildings in China in the new era.
