摘 要:目的:观察灵芝三萜类化合物(GLT)对砷中毒大鼠脑组织总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:60只大鼠随机均分为正常对照组(NS 10 m L/kg)、模型组(亚砷酸钠10 mg/kg)和GLT低、中、高剂量组(GLT 0.25、0.5、1.0 g/kg),连续砷染毒90 d后建立砷中毒大鼠模型;观察GLT对砷中毒大鼠脑组织中T-AOC、SOD活性及MDA含量的变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组T-AOC和SOD活力明显降低,MDA含量明显升高(P<0.05);给予GLT干预后,与模型组比较,GLT各剂量组T-AOC、SOD活性明显上升(P<0.05),GLT中、高剂量组MDA含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:GLT能够改善砷中毒大鼠的氧化应激损伤,其作用机制可能与升高脑组织中T-AOC、SOD活性及降低MDA含量有关。Objective:To evaluate anti-oxidative effects of Ganoderma lucidum triterpenes(GLT)on arsenism-induced injury in the brain of rats by detecting the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and malonaldehyde(MDA)content.Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:the control group(NS 10 mL·kg-1),the model group(sodium arsenite 10 mg·kg-1),GLT low,middle and high dose groups(GLT 0.25,0.5,1.0 g·kg-1).90 days after exposure to arsenic,the rat model of arsenic poisoning was established,and the indexes were detected by kit instructions to observe the changes of T-AOC,SOD activity and MDA content in the brain tissues of arsenic poisoning rats induced by GLT.Results:Compared with the control group,the activities of T-AOC and SOD in the model group decreased significantly,while the content of MDA increased significantly.After the intervention of GLT,compared with the model group,the activities of T-AOC and SOD increased significantly,while the content of MDA decreased significantly.Conclusion:GLT can improve the oxidative stress injury in rats with arsenism,and its mechanism may be related to the increase of T-AOC and SOD activity and the decrease of MDA content in brain tissue.
