摘 要:目的:探讨西格列汀与二甲双胍对新诊断2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法:100例新诊断2型糖尿病患者,根据治疗方法分为西格列汀组与二甲双胍组,2组患者均给予相应药物治疗6个月;于治疗前及治疗6个月时,检测2组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖基化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)水平。结果:治疗前,2组患者FPG、2hPG、Hb A1c、TC、TG、HOMA-IR及HOMA-β水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月时,2组患者FPG、2hPG、Hb A1c、TC、TG及HOMA-IR水平均较治疗前降低,HOMA-β水平较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);西格列汀组FPG、2hPG及Hb A1c水平低于二甲双胍组,HOMA-β水平显著高于二甲双胍组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者TC、TG及HOMA-IR水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与二甲双胍比较,西格列汀治疗能更有效改善新诊断2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞的功能。Objective:To investigate the effects of sitagliptin and metformin on isletβcell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.Methods:Based on treatment,one hundred newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients were divided into sitagliptin group and metformin group.The patients were treated with corresponding drugs for 6 months.Before and after the treatment,.fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),and functional index(HOMA-β)level of isletβcells were measured.Results:Before treatment,the levels of FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,TC,TG,HOMA-IR,and HOMA-βin the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).At 6 months of the treatment,the FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TC,TG,and HOMA-IR levels were significantly lower than before treatment,while HOMA-βlevels were significantly higher than those of before the treatment(P<0.05).FPG,2hPG HbA1c levels were significantly lower in the sitagliptin group than those in the metformin group,while HOMA-βlevels were significantly higher than those in metformin group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in TC,TG,and HOMA-IR levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sitagliptin treatment can more effectively improve the function of isletβcells in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients than metformin did.
