摘 要:足底压力是反映身体健康的一种指标。作为一种健康指标的测量,目前的发展趋势是采用可穿戴设备的形式,应具有续航时间长、实时监测、便于穿戴的特点。基于鞋垫形态,以蓝牙芯片nRF52832为核心设计了一种低功耗的足底压力采集系统,将采集的足底压力数据实时地传送至手机和服务器,并且实现了硬件电路微小型化设计。实验结果表明:系统功耗是传统蓝牙系统的3~6%,续航时间延长了40多倍;硬件电路的面积是传统蓝牙硬件的30%;足底压力数据的约定真值相对误差低于2%;达到系统设计要求。Plantar pressure is an indicator of health. As a measure of health indicators, the current development trend is to adopt the form of wearable devices, which should have the characteristics of long battery life, real-time monitoring and easy wearing. Based on the form of insole and Bluetooth chip nRF52832 as the core, this paper designs a low-power planar pressure acquisition system, which transmits the collected planar pressure data to mobile phone and server in real time, and realizes the hardware circuit micro-miniaturization design. The experimental results show that the total instantaneous power consumption of the system is 3~6% that of the traditional Bluetooth system, and the battery life is extended by more than 40 times. The area of hardware circuit is 30% of that of traditional Bluetooth hardware. The agreed relative error of plantar pressure data is less than 2%. Meet the system design requirements.
