摘　　要：针对目前库房环境监控的实时性、传输距离、覆盖范围等存在的问题,设计出了一个基于以太网的远程库房环境监控系统。系统通过以太网与监控模块实时通信,对多库房的温度、湿度、二氧化碳、臭氧、粉尘等各个参数及各个设备状态的实时监测,并利用SQL Server数据库对监控模块采集到的数据进行保存与处理。同时系统接收来自视频采集模块采集的现场监控视频流,在PC客户端进行实时地解析和显示。管理人员可以通过实时显示的环境参数和现场监控视频,随时了解库房现场的环境状况。当库房某区域环境参数出现异常时,系统将启动报警机制,PC客户端向控制模块发送控制指令,自动进行相应的异常解除处理。经测试,系统稳定性高、实时性好,具有可视化的人机交互界面,布局合理,各个功能模块集中显示,使用灵活。能够实现对库房环境的实时监测与控制的功能。Aiming at the problems of real-time, transmission distance and coverage of warehouse environmental monitoring at present, designed a remote warehouse environment monitoring system based on Ethernetis. The system realizes real-time communication through Modbus TCP protocol and monitoring module, realizing real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, ozone, dust and other parameters of multi-warehouse and equipment status, and using SQL Server database to save and process real-time received data. At the same time, the system receives the on-site monitoring video stream from the monitoring module and performs real-time analysis and display on the client side. The technicians can monitor the environment condition of the warehouse site at any time by real-time display of environmental parameters and on-site real-time monitoring video. When abnormal environmental parameters occur in a certain area of the warehouse, the system will start the alarm mechanism, send control instructions to the control module, and automatically deal with the abnormal relief. After testing, the system has high stability and good real-time performance. It has visual human-computer interaction interface, reasonable layout, centralized display of each functional module, flexible use and can realize the function of real-time monitoring and control of warehouse environmental safety.
