腰痛散循经火疗治疗寒湿腰痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察腰痛散循经火疗治疗寒湿腰痛的临床疗效。方法:选取寒湿腰痛患者60例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用腰痛散湿热敷,治疗组在对照组湿热敷的基础上运用腰痛散循经火疗。采用疼痛数字评分法(NRS)和日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)分别对2组患者进行客观评价,比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.66%,显著高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组NRS评分、JOA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组NRS评分较治疗前降低,JOA评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且治疗组NRS评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腰痛散循经火疗治疗寒湿腰痛效果显著,症状改善明显,安全有效,进一步提高了患者的生活质量。Objective:To observe the curative effect of fire therapy through transmission along meridians with Yaotong powder for cold-damp lumbar pain.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cold-damp lumbar pain were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was adopted wet-hot compress of Yaotong powder;the treatment group was additionally treated with fire therapy through transmission along meridians with Yaotong powder based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)were used to evaluate the patients in the two groups,and the clinical effect was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 96.66%in the treatment group,significantly higher than that of 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of the scores of NRS and JOA(P>0.05).After treatment,NRS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and JOA scores were increased(P<0.05).The NRS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and JOA score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fire therapy through transmission along meridians with Yaotong powder has significant therapeutic effect in treating cold-damp lumbar pain,which obviously improves symptoms with safety and effectiveness,and further improves the quality of life of patients.
