耳穴压豆联合穴位敷贴对晚期肺癌患者生活质量的影响  

Effect of Auricular Acupoint Pressing with Beans Combined with Point Application on Quality of Life in Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压豆联合穴位敷贴对晚期肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取110例晚期肺癌患者,随机分为观察组56例和对照组54例。对照组给予对症处理措施及综合护理手段。观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医特色护理技术耳穴压豆及穴位敷贴。2组疗程均为4周。治疗前后对疼痛程度、呼吸困难、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生活质量及卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)评分,治疗后评价护理满意度。结果:治疗后,2组患者疼痛程度、呼吸困难、SAS及SDS评分明显降低(P<0.01),生活质量及KPS评分均明显升高(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组患者疼痛程度、呼吸困难、SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),生活质量和KPS评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组生活质量分级、护理满意度情况均优于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理技术耳穴压豆联合穴位敷贴可进一步改善晚期肺癌患者的疼痛、呼吸困难等症状,减轻焦虑、抑郁程度,提高患者生活质量和健康功能状态。Objective:To observe the effect of auricular acupoint pressing with beans combined with point application onquality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:A total of 110 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,56 and 54 cases in each group respectively.The control group was given symptomatic treatment measures and comprehensive nursing methods,and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques including auricular acupoint pressing with beans and point application based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The scores of pain,dyspnea,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),the quality of life and Karnofsky Performance Score(KPS)before and after treatment,and nursing satisfaction after treatment were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the scores of pain,dyspnea,SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the scores of quality of life and KPS were significantly increased(P<0.01);compared with those in the control group after treatment,the scores of pain,dyspnea,SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower(P<0.01),and the scores of quality of life and KPS were higher(P<0.01).After treatment,the quality of life classification and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques including auricular acupoint pressing with beans and point application can further improve symptoms of pain and dyspnea in patients with advanced lung cancer,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve their quality of life and health function.
