肿瘤患者PICC留置期间自我管理能力与积极度及焦虑的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨PICC患者自我管理能力与积极度及焦虑的相关性。方法:采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、肿瘤患者PICC自我管理能力量表、患者积极度量表、状态焦虑量表对130例PICC带管患者进行调查分析。结果:PICC带管患者自我管理能力总分为(140.85±8.30)分,处于中等偏上水平;不同年龄、居住地、文化程度、职业及费用报销方式的患者间PIC C自我管理能力得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自我管理能力与积极度和焦虑的相关系数分别为r=0.271,P<0.05,r=-0.209,P<0.05。结论:肿瘤患者PICC自我管理能力与积极度呈正相关,与焦虑呈负相关。护理人员应积极采取有效措施减轻焦虑等不良情绪对患者自我管理行为的影响,提高患者PICC自我管理能力。[Objective]To investigate the association between self-management capacity,activation and anxiety in cancer patients with PICC.[Method]One hundred and thirty cancer patients with PICC were recruited and investigated with a general social demographic,Cancer Patients PICC Self-management Scale(CPPSM),Patient activation measure(PAM)and State-Anxiety Inventory(S-AI).[Result]The total scoreof self-management scale was(140.85±8.30),which was in average level.Significantly difference was found in different age,place of residence,degree of education,occupation and reimbursement way between patients’PICC self-management ability score(P<0.05).The scores of Self-management capacity were positively correlated to activation(r=0.271,P<0.05)and were negatively correlated to anxiety(r=-0.209,P<0.05).[Conclusion]Patients’PICC self-management abilitywere correlated to activation and anxiety.To improvement patients’PICC self-manage ment ability,nurses should take effective measures to relieve the negative impact of anxiety on patient's self-management behavior.
