摘　　要：毛泽东《给林彪的信》,是在红四军从井冈山向赣南闽西转移、开辟中央苏区初期,在闽西连城县新泉镇所写。在红四军党内意见存在严重分歧的历史背景下,毛泽东在信中系统论述了关于党对人民军队绝对领导、军事与政治关系、红军党的建设等一系列重大问题,以及关于党的思想路线、党的建设科学化等新的理论概念,对于古田会议的胜利召开具有重要意义,是《古田会议决议》的思想理论基础。The Letter to Lin Biao was written by Mao Zedong in Xinquan,Liancheng county,western Fujian at the early stage of the transfer of the Fourth Red Army from Jinggang mountain to southern Jiangxi and western Fujian and the opening up of the Central Soviet Area.Under the historical background that there was serious divergence of views within the Fourth Red Army,Mao Zedong systematically discussed a series of major issues in the letter such as the party’s absolute leadership over the people’s army,the relationship between military and politics,the party construction of the Red Army,as well as new theoretical concepts such as the party’s ideological line and the scientific construction of the party,which are of great significance to the success of the Gutian Conference as the ideological and theoretical foundation of Resolution of Gutian Conference.
