摘  要:电子驻车制动系统EPB是汽车线控制动系统的一类,以电子制动器代替传统手制动器。本文主要对电子驻车制动系统电气控制部分的EPB制动卡钳电机与ABS轮速传感器非集成式与集成式的线束进行研究与设计开发。主要介绍EPB线束非集成式与集成式的基本结构,阐述EPB轮速线在整车环境中的总体布置方案,为EPB轮速线的性能验证提供实验方法。按照系统电控部分的硬件功能要求,以及车辆参数采集点模块的电控系统要求,本文为电子驻车制动系统线束的开发提供了一套理论设计依据、布局方案,以及试验方法、验证规范。The electronic parking brake system(EPB)is a kind of vehicle by wire brake system,which replaces the traditional hand brake with electronic brake.In this paper,the research and development of the non integrated and integrated harness of EPB brake caliper motor and ABS wheel speed sensor in the electric control part of the electronic parking brake system are mainly carried out.This paper mainly introduces the basic structure of non integrated and integrated EPB harness,expounds the overall layout scheme of EPB wheel speed line in the vehicle environment,and provides experimental methods for the performance verification of EPB wheel speed line.According to the hardware functional requirements of the electronic control part of the system and the requirements of the electronic control system of the vehicle parameter acquisition point module,this paper provides a set of theoretical design basis,layout scheme,test method and verification specification for the development of the electronic parking brake system harness.
