摘　　要：基于DSUC 6300型双护盾TBM在青岛地铁一号线使用过程中遇到的传感器、移动式布料皮带机及工业水系统存在的典型设备问题,从日常掘进及检修维保角度对设备本身存在的设计制造问题提出针对性的改进建议,减少此类问题所造成的停机检修时间,进而提高设备利用率。同时基于现场一线班组在掘进及检修过程中遇到的问题,提出对设备的升级及改进建议,提高设备的实用性。On the basis that some problems happened during operation in the #1 subway line concerning a DSUC 6300 type Double Shield TBM with a troubled sensor, portable distributing conveyor, and an industrial water supply system, which is considered as a typical issue existing in design of the equipment and has to remedy though daily repair and maintenance, besides putting forth suggestions for improvement so as to prevent such problems from happening while increasing the TBM’s availability rate. Another way out is a proposal to upgrade and reform such a TBM in order to increase its actual application.
