摘 要:为解决维修工实际维修经验不足,装载机液力变速装置故障诊断复杂,故障维修易发生误判难题,将事件树分析法引入装载机液力变速装置维修中,基于事件树对故障原因进行编码,优化故障诊断分析流程。阐述事件树分析法、事件树建立、定性分析及定量分析的方法、步骤及应用范围。应用事件树分析法分析装载机变速器缺少挡位、装载机变速器异响及抖动故障,分析思路清晰、准确,易于维修人员使用。维修案例表明,事件树分析法为装载机液力变速装置维修提供了一种新思路。In order to resolve problems in mechanical maintenance and complex diagnoses in loaders hydraulic transmission, and misjudges, etc. it has to adopt an event tree in the hydraulic repair to deal with the issues, which is based on coding of the causes to optimize trouble analysis and procedure in terms of property analysis and quantitative analysis. Again,the event tree analysis is used to describe how to analyze, how to set up the tree, and how to carry out qualitative and quantitative analyses, and what is the procedure and application scope. All this is used to deal with lack of enough gear shifts, abnormal noise and shakes from the transmission in a clear and accurate tracking route so as to facilitate application by the personnel. Case of the maintenance and solution shows that such an event tree process can provide a new approach to analyzing the transmissions trouble case, cause, and remedy.
