心理护理干预对恶性血液病化疗患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预对恶性血液病化疗患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选择76例在我院接受治疗的恶性血液病患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序将其分为试验组38例,对照组38例,试验组采取心理护理干预,对照组采取基础护理措施。比较两组患者心理状况评分、生活质量水平及心理弹性评分。结果干预后,试验组抑郁、焦虑、恐怖评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,试验组心理弹性评分,躯体功能、心理功能、社会角色及健康总评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预能缓解恶性血液病化疗患者负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量以及心理适应能力。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with malignant hematological diseases undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 76 patients with malignant hematological diseases undergoing chemotherapy in our hospitalwere selected,and divided into two groups according to theadmission order,each with 38 cases.The experimental group was given psychological nursing intervention,while the control group was given basic nursing measures.The scores of psychological status,quality of life and mental resilience were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of depression,anxiety and terror in the experimental group were lower than the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological resilience score,the total scores of physical function,psychological function,social role and general health of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can alleviate the negative emotions,and improve the quality of life and psychological adaptability of patients.
