中外绿色建筑评价标准中人员满意度关联指标的比较和启示

摘　　要：中国绿建三星标准、美国LEED标准、英国BREEAM标准和德国DGNB标准是当今国际上最具影响力的四类绿色建筑评价标准,其在人员满意度关联指标的内容和评分设置上各有特点与侧重点。通过对比分析显示四个国家对于指标中热舒适、视觉舒适、听觉舒适和室内空气质量的关注程度以及评价方法均存在一定的差异。国外的经验将对中国绿建标准如何更多地从使用者角度出发,以及更好地与国际接轨提供了启示。Green Star Standard in China,LEED in U.S.A,BREEAM in UK and DGNB in Germany are the four most influential assessment standards for Green Buildings in the world,which have different features and emphasis on contents and scores of their indicators related to building users satisfaction.From comparison analysis,it indicates that there are some differences in the focusing degree and assessing method among indoor environmental performance on the thermal indicators,the visual indicators,the acoustic indicators,and the IAQ.How can the Green Star Standard pay more attention to the real building users and how it can be closely connected with the international standards?Those overseas experiences could bring enlightenments on dealing with the issues.
