28例新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例流行病学和临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例的流行病学和临床特征,为疫情防控提供科学依据。方法对河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的28例确诊患者开展流行病学个案调查,对资料进行统计学分析。结果28例确诊患者中男16例,女12例,其中合并慢性基础疾病18例(64.3%);平均年龄(51.75±19.74)岁;普通型24例(85.7%);有明确武汉旅居史者10例(35.7%),有确诊病例(非湖北省)密切接触者3例(10.7%),发热26例(92.9%),咳嗽14例(50.0%),胸闷9例(32.1%),乏力15例(53.6%),肌肉关节酸痛7例(25.0%),淋巴细胞总数下降17例(60.7%),全部患者肺部CT均有典型影像学表现,19例(67.9%)院外自行服用药物。结论确诊病例以男性为主,多合并基础性疾病,早期发病者主要是有武汉旅居史或高危地区旅居史及活动范围广的人群;临床表现以发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力、肌肉酸痛为主;血常规淋巴细胞数目下降明显,肺部CT有典型病毒性肺炎改变,发病早期就诊率低。Objective To analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of confirmed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control strategies.Methods Epidemiological investigation was carried out on 28 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology and the data were analyzed statistically.Results Among the 28 cases,male:female(16:12)and 18 cases(64.3%)were diagnosed with chronic basic diseases.The average age was 51.75±19.74 years.There were 24 cases of ordinary(85.7%).10 cases(35.7%)had the history of travel or residence in wuhan,3 patients(10.7%)had close contacts with confirmed cases(non-hubei province),26 cases(92.9%)of fever,14 cases(50.0%)of cough,9 cases(32.1%)of chest tightness,15 cases(53.6%)of weakness,7 cases(25.0%)of muscle and joint soreness,17 cases(60.7%)of lymphocyte decrease,all patients with typical CT imagings,19 cases(67.9%)with self-medication.Conclusion Male patients were dominant among the confirmed patients,most of them were combined with basic diseases,the early onset of the disease mainly had the history of travel or residence in wuhan or high-risk areas and a wide-ranging activities;The clinical manifestations were fever,cough,chest tightness,weakness,muscle and joint soreness.In addition,all patients showed the significantly decreased lymphocyte,and had typical viral pneumonia changes on chest CT images and low rate of early outpatient.
